I have lost myself in this work.  There is so much to do and so little time to do it in.  I thank my God each and every day for the opportunity He has given me to be here in Uruguay.  There is nothing that can stop this work and there is nothing that will even impede it.

We are still working on getting Nelza baptized, last week we got to the hour of the baptism and her son called us telling us that he didn’t want her to get baptized before he could talk with the bishop.  So we are planning on having her baptism this Friday (Say your prayers that her son accepts the gospel. we need a miracle for him.  We would love to see him not only support his mother, but follow her example and be baptized as well.)

I buzzed my head.

Yeah.  Elder Jorgensen shaved my head and I shaved his head.  I got the better end of the deal though, because I totally gave him white walls on his left ear. :) pops.  Ha-ha.

I am super excited to have the new oros coming in!!!! They changes are in 2 weeks and I can’t wait to see their cheerful, faith filled faces.  They always bring so much animo to the areas and help us move forward in the work.  God is truly preparing youth more and more so that they will be more prepared for a mission.  I am so thankful for His divine guidance and his reassuring comfort.  There is nothing that can compare to the power that comes from the sacred Priesthood I hold.  Every day is a new day to strive harder and do better, so that these holy keys I hold will be utilized in righteousness.

Have you all received my letters?  I have sent off at least one.... ha-ha. Sounds pathetic because it is, but I have sent you a letter. ;)

So I was looking online and found a bunch of testimonies from my loved family and friends, I have attached a word doc. with all the quotes I have accumulated up till now.

This was my Intercambio with Elder Gardenier.  His shower is quite odd if you haven't been able to judge by the wired picture. it was like an attempted Jacuzzi with a built in shower head.  yes the shower hose is connected to the hand sink...
